Certification Process: Be Aware, if you use human subjects, vertebrate animals, human or animal tissue, hazardous procedures or materials, recombinant DNA, pathogenic agents, or controlled substances in your project, you must have the required forms completed prior to starting your project.
Signed certfications must be submitted with your application. Click here for information on project certifications.. Download the required certification form(s) from the OCSEF website, complete them, and save them on your computer. You should upload a copy of the certifications required by your project below (file size not to exceed 5 mb).
If the answer to any of the questions below is YES, you must complete the required certification.
After registration closes, the OCSEF will hold a drawing for Whale Watching tickets among students electronically submitting the correct required certifications.
